Jane Kavanagh
Strategic Program Director
Jane Kavanagh is the Strategic Program Director for the Massachusetts Coalition for Serious Illness Care. Jane provides strategic program support for the Coalition’s collaborative partnerships, convenings, research agenda, and communications strategy.
Jane previously served as Director of Strategic Spread Initiative and Lead for the Aria Digital Implementation Platform as well as an Implementation Specialist at Ariadne Labs. She brings an interest in how to support practical implementation and spread of programs to the Coalition's work and loves learning about the innovative ways Coalition members address challenges and move their work forward. She holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University.
