In partnership with Ariadne Labs and Honoring Choices Massachusetts, and powered by Vynca, the Coalition has created an e-MOLST web page to support providers in engaging in advance care planning with patients in the current, largely virtual care world.

Dignity Alliance Massachusetts is a new grassroots coalition of aging and disability service and advocacy organizers and supporters. They are giving voice to people who receive and provide disability care and work towards the transformation of institutional care. Coordinator Paul Lanzikos is grateful for the Coalition’s support as they launch their efforts.
Our Odyssey connects young adults impacted by a rare or chronic condition with social and emotional support. They use in-person and virtual meet-ups to create a community of those looking for a sense of belonging. Co-Founder and Board President Seth Rotberg is looking forward to being able to connect and work alongside a variety of stakeholders in the health space to make sure young adult voices are being heard at the table and to address the unmet needs they face during their health odyssey.
NorthStar Health Navigation is an organization that guides parents and caregivers to make informed decisions for their healthcare. They advocate for and advise clients experiencing routine or complex medical diagnoses. “Becoming a member of the coalition has enlightened me on end of life planning,” says founder Amy Patterson. “I intend to guide my clients on this challenging but necessary path utilizing the tools and resources made available through the coalition.
