Nov 26, 2019A group of healthcare organizations, professional associations, and nonprofits interested in improving treatment for patients facing serious illnesses has a new executive director. Anna Gosline will take over the role at the Massachusetts Coalition for Serious Illness Care from Richard Averbuch, who has retired.

(Boston) – Massachusetts Coalition for Serious Illness Care (The Coalition) is pleased to appoint Anna Gosline as its new executive director. The mission of the Boston based nonprofit is to ensure that everyone in Massachusetts receives health care that honors their goals, values and preferences at all times in life, but especially in the face of serious illness. Gosline succeeds Richard Averbuch, who retired.
